
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all MoveQ services and is read in conjunction with the General Terms & Conditions and relevant Appendices.
1. Workshops & live events (general application)
Applicable primarily under Appendix A and Appendix B.

Cancellations 14 days or more before the event: full refund or transfer option

Cancellations less than 14 days before the event: no refund, transfer permitted

No-shows are non-refundable
2. Courses & structured programs
Applicable primarily under Appendix C (Education Model).

Once a course has started or access has been granted, no refunds apply

Before start date: transfer or credit may be requested
3. Digital content
All digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
4. Cancellations by MoveQ
If MoveQ cancels or reschedules a service:

Full refund, or
-
Transfer to an alternative date or program
5. Exceptional circumstances
Refund requests may be reviewed individually in exceptional cases (e.g. serious illness), at MoveQ’s discretion.
6. Legal hierarchy
This Refund Policy is subordinate to:
1. MoveQ General Terms & Conditions
2. Relevant Appendix (A, B, or C)
In case of conflict, the General Terms & Conditions prevail.
