Leonardo Snelleman – High Performance Coach & Founder of MoveQ
Developer of an integrated athlete development system combining physical training,
cognitive performance and recovery into one structured model.
I feel privileged to do what I love, working with driven individuals and sharing knowledge across sport, health, and performance worldwide.
Over the years, I have collaborated with elite athletes, international federations, military medical services, universities, and professional organisations across Europe and beyond.
Identity
Leonardo Snelleman works within high performance sport as a coach and system developer.
His focus is not isolated training methods, but the design of complete performance systems.

MoveQ Creation
MoveQ was created to solve a fundamental problem in modern sport:
Athletes train in fragments — not systems.
MoveQ integrates:
• Training • Recovery • Cognitive development • Performance decision-making into one unified structure.
Philosophy
Performance is not linear.
It is systemic.
Athletes do not fail because they lack effort —
they fail because their development lacks structure.

Working Context
Leonardo Snelleman works with athletes across Sweden, the Netherlands and Europe, primarily within:
-
Padel performance development
-
High performance athlete coaching
-
Structured long-term development systems

The Foundation Behind The Philosophy
Leonardo studied at the Norwegian Army Medical Services Officers Academy and the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, with further specialisation in Applied Functional Science and Applied Neuroscience. For more than four decades he has worked at the highest levels of elite tennis and, in recent years, international padel, applying performance intelligence that adapts across disciplines and environments. His work extended into other elite environments, from Olympic and International Tennis Federation programs to military officer medical services. Always guided by the same performance principles. Experience matters, but only when it serves the future.

”I know Leonardo Snelleman for over two decades. He is a highly qualified coach and a creative and passionate movement coach. His vision is to unlock human and athletic potential in a functional 3D environment and driving the sport forward through constant innovation - in a sustainable, intelligent way. His drive is to inspire and support today’s stars and tomorrow’s champions.”
Prof. Alexander Ferrauti, Germany
Head of Ruhr University Bochum, Faculty Sport Science
“We have never learned so much in just 10 days. The combination of interactive theory, high-level practical sessions, and immediate application made this an exceptionally effective learning experience.
The introduction to applied functional science, neuroscience, and differential learning gave us a completely new perspective on movement. None of this had been covered during our physiotherapy education.
What stood out most is how quickly we could implement the MoveQ philosophy in our own practice. Our clients are now more engaged, consistently complete their programmes, and we are seeing results we had not achieved before.
We are very grateful for the knowledge, the guidance, and the personal hospitality. We look forward to continuing our development with MoveQ.”

“Leonardo and 3D PadelFit transformed my game. “I improved adaptive and creative agility, speed, strength, and mobility, stayed injury-free, and performed at my best,” I say with gratitude. Over more than six years together, we developed a special bond, and with Leonardo I had the whole holistic package as a movement specialist, on- and off-court preparation, nutrition guidance, and specialised physiotherapy and connective tissue interventions. This gave me complete support and helped anticipate potential issues.”
Uriël Maarsen, The Netherlands
Former Dutch No.1 & WPT #145 and Dutch Padel National Junior Coach
”During the entire 3.5 years that we trained together, I was hardly ever injured”.
“I learned an incredible amount from Leonardo. His way of training was completely different from anything I had experienced before. We did a lot of work using my own body weight, which was also extremely effective in preventing injuries. In fact, during the entire 3.5 years that we trained together, I was hardly ever injured.
I always looked forward to the sessions and came to training with great enthusiasm. The atmosphere was always positive and enjoyable, and we often incorporated game-based exercises, which made the training both fun and challenging.
During this period I also learned a very effective approach to training that included footwork, endurance work, stretching, rehabilitation and mobility exercises. These methods have stayed with me and I still use them every day.
Thanks to the training I became quicker moving into and out of the corners, and the specific tennis footwork work helped me a lot with using different foot positions on court.
I am very grateful for everything I learned during those years of training.”
Joy de Zeeuw
Dutch Tennis Professional, European U18 Champion, US Open U18 Semifinalist 2023
“Over the past three years, Leonardo has played a key role in the evolution of my game. His padel-specific movement training, combined with holistic on- and off-court preparation, has helped me perform at a higher level and stay ready throughout demanding tournament periods. I’m grateful for the support and development.”
Willy Släryd, Sweden
Elite Performance Padel player on the FIP Premier Tour, Swedish national team player
"ЗD BoardFit training is intense yet very playful. It's varied and doesn't feel like traditional training, which makes it great fun. At the same time, becoming stronger and gaining better control in extreme situations made me feel like I was mastering the elements, not the other way around. Oh... and expect some muscle soreness at the start, and fewer injuries."
Maaike Huvermann, The Netherlands
Vice World Champion, multiple years no. 2 in the World and 6X European Champion in Freestyle
“I have had many coaches in different sports over time, but you are and will be the best coach I have ever had, despite the fact that I have now played more than 10 sports.”
Louise Busk Nielsen, Denmark
High performance athlete in multiple sports, Danish National Team and Italian Champion Kajak Polo - Circolo Nautico Palermo
