A WORD FROM

LEONARDO SNELLEMAN

FOUNDER OF MOVEQ

I look at movement from a holistic perspective.

"I notice the way trees sway in the breeze, the way water flows, how reflections and shadows shift, how traffic runs and how people of different ages move, particularly athletes. It is a constant quest."

"Education and these simple kinetic observations have been invaluable to help me understand movement in all its facets and nuances. This is helping my clients and athletes in their quest for optimal health, wellbeing and performance."

ABOUT ME

Patrik Almqvist

3D Movement Trainer

"As an adult and parent, being a part of the exercises, you get a perfect opportunity to not only bond with your child in the challenges, but you also get an idea of what kind of movement and which types of challenges he or she likes most."

Stefan Rode

Translator & Interpreter

"Leonardo immediately creates an atmosphere of trust, pleasantness – and lots of no-nonsense efficient learning."

Mikael Sommer

3D Functional Trainer

"Incredible fun education days with MoveQ and Leonardo Snelleman"

It is paradoxical that many educators and parents still differentiate between a time for learning and a time for play without seeing the vital connection between them.

The world’s population has become more sedentary and stressed than ever. That lack of varied movement is mirrored in decreasing physical abilities and general health. This ignited my motivation to create MoveQ. I aspire to make the world a little better with my playful and holistic approach to movement training.

WELLBEING

THE NEW FITNESS

I believe that good movement training must shape the brain, feed the imagination and rejuvenate the soul.

Training in three dimensions (3D) with full body movements is more likely to have a positive impact on wellbeing, fitness and longevity than building bigger muscles in isolation for purely aesthetic reasons. This view is widely supported by the latest research. It applies to everyone.
