From international tennis through to professional padel, his work has included: • International Tennis Federation performance development • Global coach education • National federation advisory • International tournament support • Professional and junior player progression Today, Leonardo works with selected high-performance padel players, including Premier Padel professional Willy Släryd, internationally recognised as one of the leading European next-generation players. He has also contributed to national youth systems, supporting Dutch and Swedish elite players across critical developmental phases. His starting point remains constant: To help athletes understand what truly drives performance and how to build it for the long term.

My observation is that ambitious junior and emerging players train hard, compete frequently, and fully commit to their development. Yet many remain uncertain whether they are truly progressing towards the demands of high-performance padel. This uncertainty is rarely caused by lack of potential or effort. This is a selection-based programme. Not all players will be accepted. Each application is individually reviewed based on: • Playing level • Development goals • Commitment and readiness • Programme fit If accepted, full confirmation and onboarding details are provided. One wrong developmental focus at the wrong time can cost years. This programme exists to prevent that.
