GENERAL TERMS OF CONDITIONS – EDUCATION

You will receive a confirmation of participation as soon as we have received your Booking and Payment. The Booking is binding.

Cancellation of your participation in a MoveQ Workshop or Course on your part must take place at least 3 weeks before the start of the Workshop or Course. Otherwise, 75% of the Workshop or Course fee will be charged.

Rebooking your participation to another date is possible but must also be done at least three weeks before. In this case we will not refund your Booking fee, as it is used to pay for your next chosen MoveQ Workshop or Course.

A confirmation email is automatically sent out immediately upon notification. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at info@moveq.org​​

With less than 10 participants the Education will be cancelled and we will automatically refund your BOOKING fee.

By making a booking for any of our programs you allow us to take photo and video shoots during these activities for educational purposes. We may use them digitally, e.g., on social media or for print. MoveQ hold all rights for these photos & videos.
