MoveQ and b-like believe

Social can be so much more. It should be a driver of personal growth. A spark that inspires all of us to be more active. A place where the heroes of tomorrow are born. A positive mirror that motivates us to improve and become better at our shared sportive passions.

This is why we are happy to announce our new established collaboration with b-like. Our common goalโ€ฆ to inspire athletes, personal trainers and sportcoaches to thrive and be successful.

We are proud to announce that we've entered into an innovative partnership with MoveQ. The Rotterdam-based organisation focuses on 3D functional training that stems from Applied Functional Science and Differential Learning. Their mission is to help athletes develop physical and vigilance resilience as well as connect the body and brain for optimal neural decision making and adaptiveness. The leading figure behind MoveQ is Leonardo Snelleman, who holds a track record of over 44 years working in sports, and specifically in tennis. Over the past years, he has worked for the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and several national ones, including the Norwegian, Swedish and Danish federations. Currently, he trains the high performance athletes Uriรซl Maarsen (padel) and Joy de Zeeuw (tennis).

With this partnership we plan to bring a unique new learning experience to the app. Leveraging Leonardo's extensive experience training high performance athletes and our ability to make training exercises digitally engaging, we plan to develop challenging programs for everyone who wishes to be inspired by the best learning content. One of the aims of Leonardo's training programs is to continuously provide challenges connecting the athleteโ€™s body and brain. It is also important that training exercises have great variation for constant progress, fun and inspiration. Hardly ever using the same exercise twice, Leonardo has an enormous library of fun and inspiring training exercises to help all sorts of athletes. Through b-like, he wishes to engage with a larger audience and allow many more people all over the world to experience his holistic outlook on training.

Keep an eye out on the b-like app because soon you will find all kinds of different training exercises that Leonardo and his team have designed, plus much more!
