(3-5 & 5-7 years)

These exercises are designed to optimise the movement functionality of the body, develop skills and increase the fitness level as the children are progressing.

  • Develops basic movement patterns with purposeful unique tasks and games

  • Creates a playful environment children love

  • The children are captivated by the experience of moving

(7-9 & 9-11 years)

This is expected to have positive long-term effects on movement economy and the storage of FUNdamental motor skill patterns.

MASTER2MOVE

(11 - 111 years)

We believe that the best way to create a basis for performing well physically is to start out with conditioning your posture and movement first. Creating the ideal distance into the joint structures and increasing the elasticity of soft tissue enables the body to move efficiently through three dimensions (3D).

Whether your mission is to burn fat, get fitter, move without pain, feel joyful and athletic while you play with your children or practice your favourite sport, we will help you turn your goals into reality. Moving well and efficiently is essential for optimal physical and mental well-being.

Developing sport specific movement beyond your present limitations builds a safety net that protects you in any situation you are likely to face. It is possible to achieve optimal performance at the highest level, but only when your body can use its moving abilities effectively in all three dimensions.
