ABOUT
FUN2MOVE
Playing with your children will open your eyes. You will be amazed to find out you learn more from them than they do from you. Learning through the universal language of play is a process that goes by trial and error. It helps them to use their imagination and creativity. By using time and space elements, we can stimulate your child(ren) to move increasingly more subconsciously.
Develops basic movement patterns with purposeful unique tasks and games
Creates a playful and safe environment children love
Delivers energetic movement sessions
The children are captivated by the experience of moving
SCIENTIFIC BASED MOTOR & COGNITIVE
COMPETENCE BUILDING
MoveQ makes use of the versatility of motor skills and materials to appeal to children and help them discover their own potential.
The MoveQ model supports the development of the child and is a great navigation tool for children, parents and their coach.
MOTOR & COGNITIVE SKILLS
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
The exercises are designed to optimise the function of the body, develop skills and to start making impact on the fitness as the children are progressing.
This is expected to have positive long-term effects on movement economy and the storage of FUNdamental motor skill patterns.
These aspects can contribute to long-term injury prevention, an acceleration of motor learning and an increased lifelong joy of movement and healthy lifestyle.
