Boxing is a high intensity sport full of dynamic challenges to improve your coordination, reaction time and endurance. It has become increasingly popular because it not only provides fitness but also self-defence skills. However, we easily forget that fast movements require a balance of the body’s elastic qualities and control of the movement, in order to be effective and to reduce the risk of injuries.

This is why our 3D BoxingFit workout is focused on body movement in three dimensions (3D) of motion. We improve your range of movement and flexibility as it is directly linked to your technical development and the precision of your punches. We incorporate varied sport specific exercises for mobility, flexibility, coordination and functional strength to get you ready for any upcoming situation, even those you have no control over. Exercises in which the muscles must deliver maximum strength in a short period of time are indispensable for optimal strike power.
